Employment Supports

Supporting clients to achieve their goals and dreams around work is weaved into every aspect of IAM’s service delivery system.  ​

Work Supports provides support to individuals related to their job whether at a place of business, self-employment, or customized employment. Supports include assisting with adherence to workplace policies, safety, productivity, dress code, work schedule, and building co-worker relationships. ​

Work Supports are provided in both our Northern and Central Divisions.
