Treats Falls House

Treats Falls House is an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities providing residential nursing level of care for individuals with extensive medical and/or behavioral needs. ​

Each of the 3 living units support 5-6 individuals providing private bedrooms, large living/dining/kitchen areas, 2 full bathroom with whirlpool tubs, and spacious and accessible outdoor space. ​

Supports provided include the areas of daily living skills, 24 hour nursing care, medical care, social services, leisure and recreation, behavioral support, and community inclusion based on an individual’s needs.​
